NY Fashion Week: Looking forward to MARC

Tomorrow is Marc by Marc Jacobs Fall 2009 show. It is going to be at 4pm at the usual New York State Armory. I heard, like most fashion shows this time around, that there will be no long list of celebrities. Suprise Surprise! For Marc Jacobs that's hard to believe.
He is cutting his list in half and NO AFTER PARTY!
Instead of 1,100 seated guests, there will be only 700.
900 standing assignments are being cut down to 200.
The only person that gets a plus one is Anna Wintour, who will probably be bringing Bee Shaffer. Which I love.
Robert Duffy is enforcing all of this. Explaining that in the world right now there is no time for extravaganzas.
