I am going to Bouchon tomorrow for a breakfast. It is in New York's Columbus Circle. The first time I experienced the amazing bakery was in the one in St Helena, right outside of Napa. They are also opening one in Beverly Hills sometime in 2009 and is going to be North Canon Drive between Beverly and Wilshire Blvd. The chef is coming from Per Se...yummmm. . I highly suggest the macarons.
